Our journey began four decades ago in the small village of Triprayar, located in the Thrissur District of Kerala. The growth we have achieved today is the result of the vision, ambition, and strong willpower of our CMD, Mr. Sainul Abdeen Shah. During the early years, Mr. Sainul Abdeen Shah travelled across the length and breadth of the state, gradually gaining momentum by securing numerous OOH campaigns. Over time, he recognised the opportunity to provide comprehensive one-stop solutions to our esteemed clients, which led to the establishment of Meridian International OOH Media Solutions, Optima Digital Printing Solutions, Mode Media Communications, and Atees Engineering Industries.

Our story was written in 1985 by our ever-energetic and positive visionary CMD, Mr. Sainul Abdeen Shah. Within just over ten years of Mode Media Communications, we launched Meridian International OOH Media Solutions. Two years later, we started our CMD's dream project — Optima Digital Printing Solutions. Within another year, Atees Engineering Industries was born. In just 10–15 years, we diversified into 3 divisions and formed a group company — MMC Group.
We are diversified into four divisions under one roof — MMC Group — each complementing the other, and together we are in a position to provide turnkey solutions to our customers' requirements.

Born into a family with a humble background in Valappad, Triprayar in Thrissur District, Mr. Sainul Abdeen Shah has been a great admirer of his late father, Mr. A.T. Kunjhimon. His father was mainly into agriculture and influenced him greatly in terms of dreaming big and achieving those dreams.
